OVERVIEW.
This video is a commentary on beauty in advertisement and the pressures it imposes on young women, all told through the lens of social media. We contrasted overly glamoured imagery of M.I.A with extremly low-fi Arabian inspired MySpace graphics and built a visual landscape that playfully pokes fun at social perceptions and interactions across the board.
