OVERVIEW.
When we got the call for this NASCAR spot we were all pumped to start pushing some 3d racecars around a track at breakneck speeds. As it turns out, NASCAR does a lot more than just pay people to risk their lives driving in circles as fast as they can, they also help children in need. The NASCAR Foundation brings together fans, drivers, teams and sponsors in a collaborative effort to help children through volunteering and donations.
The blue NASCAR Unites wristband serves as an icon for the campaign and directly contributes to helping people through the $5 donation it takes to get one. We directed and animated this spot, which shows that this ordinary looking wristband is actually a lot more powerful than it seems.
